Yoohoo it’s Friday! What about a light recipe that is also easy, fast and delicious that could be the hit of tonight’s friendly gathering! If you have peaches, blue cheese, walnuts and baguette laying around, you have everything you need to realize in 5 minutes these delicious amuse bouches!

– INGREDIENTS –
Sliced Baguette
Thin slices of peaches
Danish Blue Cheese
Walnuts, chopped
1- Line a parchment paper on a baking sheet and put your oven on broil.
2- Slice your bread a slightly on the diagonal so you have more place per pieces of bread to spread your garnish.
3- Lay a first layer of peaches, add the chopped walnuts and the blue cheese. Put everything in the oven till it melt a bit but not long enough for the bread to be too hard.

I love the way this recipe mixes cheese with the peach’s sweetness plus the crunchy/chewey texture from the bread. This sweet and salty combination is superb! (I like to add grapes and strawberries to my salads). Thank you for sharing this recipe!
