That’s one of my new favorite hot spots in Montreal these days. Max and I discovered the restaurant in last December, for his birthday, and since then, we keep inviting all our friends over there because the food and the ambiance is seriously amazing. The staff is also very sweet and their homemade fermented pickles are to die for!!! …they serve them before every dinner, free of charge.
I discovered this wine other there. It’s not something you’ll be able to find very easily and I’ve been trying to find a way to get more but up to date, no chance. To give you a little bit of an idea of the taste, think of a light beer. This white wine is troubled (not filtered), bubbly and taste like light beer, but wine at the same time. It’s like an explosion in your mouth and if you have the chance to taste it one day, do it because it’s totally worth it.
