June 27, 2012 by Ariel 9 Comments

…with a very versatile dipping sauce that goes very well with shrimps or chicken.  Enjoy!

– INGREDIENTS –

17 Raw Shrimps

For the Marinade:

4 Roasted Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

1 teaspoon of Dried Mint

For the Dipping Sauce:

2 teaspoons of Fish sauce

6 teaspoons of cold water

1 teaspoon of dried Mint

1 teaspoon of Hoisin sauce

1/4 teaspoon of Chili Garlic Sauce

2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon of Lime Juice

1- To be prepared 1 day in advance.  Crust the garlic cloves with a fork.  Mix in the oil and dried herbs mixture then add the raw shrimps and let marinate overnight.  In another bowl with a cover, mix all the sauce ingredients and keep in the fridge till the next day.

2- At the last minute, open the grill and cook your shrimps for 2- 3 minutes.  Enjoy!

    Hello,

découverte dans Pat le Chef (neeeeeed), voici un autre site de cuisine qui à l’air bien fait.

Les recettes ont l’air super bonnes et la petite brochette maintenant que l’été est là… Terrible.

    Bonne continuation
