Ingredients
  • 2 tightly packed cups of chopped dino kale
  • 1 tightly packed cup of baby spinach
  • 1 Meyer lemon (skin removed)
  • 1 Barlette pear (skin & core removed)
  • 1 tablespoon of wild flower honey
  • 1 cup of almond milk (original version - you want the sugar)
  • 1 banana
Instructions
  1. - Blend all the ingredients in to a smoothie. Enjoy!
