- 2 tightly packed cups of chopped dino kale
- 1 tightly packed cup of baby spinach
- 1 Meyer lemon (skin removed)
- 1 Barlette pear (skin & core removed)
- 1 tablespoon of wild flower honey
- 1 cup of almond milk (original version - you want the sugar)
- 1 banana
Instructions
